A gansta rap mockumenary about NWH and the trouble that breaks them up and gets them back together.
This is honestly the funniest movie I have ever seen. Rusty Cundieff wrote, directed, and stars in the movie, and he can rap! The raps, also written by Cundieff, are pretty good, and show a run from the eighties style up through the mid-nineties gansta style.
This movie has been called the Spinal Tap of the rap world, but I believe this movie trumps Spinal Tap with comedy. It loves and pokes fun at the rap worlds themes: women, women hating, the white man, white rappers, gansta rapper rivalries, and more.
Being Cundieff's first movie, and done extremely low budget, the acting can be off at times, there are a few flubbed lines, but all in all, there isn't a lot for me to dislike.
When you take that bus...you get there.
